Play, Be, C – STEM in Early Years

CPD training sessions for early years practitioners

Even young children can talk about their future career aspirations. NUSTEM research has shown that these aspirations are often gendered. Practitioners can help to counter stereotypes about careers and support children with their career aspirations.

Play, Be, C is a free, flexible online STEM resource for early years educators teaching children aged 3 to 5. It consists of 10 units based on real-world STEM careers, each featuring a story book, three adult-led activities, three child-led provocations, family sessions and at-home resources.

Discover how easy it is to use our free, flexible STEM resource to build confidence in providing STEM activities for 3 to 5 year olds.
