Can you give a source for you balance? Most educational suppliers sell balances with the required accuracy for much more.
Amazon: there are loads of them available for under about £10. This is one of those situations where traditional education suppliers produce robust products, but they’re so much more costly that you have to work out if it’s worthwhile for you.
