How do I reserve a loans box?
Since everybody’s needs are likely to be slightly different, we haven’t set up a fancypants online booking system: just drop us a line and we’ll sort you out!
In most cases, we’ll ask you to pop into our lab to collect and return your box.
How do I collect a loans box?
You collect the box from NUSTEM’s home base, Think Lab, on the Northumbria University campus in the centre of Newcastle. Start by coming to Ellison Place:

Along with your box, there’ll be a slip for you to sign confirming that you’ve collected it.
How much do the boxes cost?
For our partner schools: nothing!
Other schools: you’re very welcome to contact us to discuss. We give priority to our partner schools, but when a box is available, we aim to make it usable as widely as possible.
For how long can we borrow the box?
Normally, up to six weeks.
How do I return the box?
A member of school staff should bring it back to Think Lab, as above.
